Frequency info: Main Carrier = 97.3Mhz., SCA @ 67Khz.

A more specific detail of the operation is that;

Plan Z radio is on the air in the Anchorage,

Matanuska-Sustina Valley, Hope, and maybe Kenai

utilizing the over the air SCA subcarrier,

(Subsidiary Communications Authorization)

The main carrier is that of KOOL FM, 97.3Mhz, and the SCA channel is at 67khz.

The KEAG transmitter TPO is at 19,000 watts.

Pre-Programmed SCA radios can be purchased for approximately $100.00.

Each radio must be configured and shipped when ordered.

The program schedule does not include advertiseing,

except for during the Old-Time Radio Shows.

These old ads are included between the shows to make

the listening experience more realistic to the time period.

 The typical daily program consists of:

 

    * 8 am to 9 pm - Educational content that discusses and reveals historical facts of contraverstial

subjects that are not tought in government schools, and no longer discussed in the main stream media in any meaningful way. * There is broad discussion on Alaska issues, Alaska Native and lower 48 Native issues,

and Chrisitan spiritual lifeway guidance.

    * 9 pm to 8am - Old Time Radio Shows with music of the Big Bands of the 30's, 40's, and 50's.

            The broadcast day is based on Alaska Standard Time or Daylight Savings Time.

 

The educational content presents some very important facts and the sources vary,

but most all material has been vetted with the proper research.

The Old Time Radio line up is also fairly substantial. The lineup includes titles such as:

Bold Venture, Rocky Jordan, Lights Out, Escape, Spy Catcher, Yours Truly Johnny Dollar, Casey Crime Photographer, Fort Laramie, Suspense, Dimension X, The Price of Fear, the Adventures of Nero Wolfe.
